This may include habit information, completion history, goals, identity statements, reflections, or information you choose to provide through an AI-powered feature.

Celly seeks to limit the information shared with artificial intelligence providers to what is reasonably necessary to provide the feature. We do not intentionally provide your password or payment information to artificial intelligence providers.

AI-generated responses are provided for informational and personal-development purposes and should not be considered medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

Research

One of Celly’s long-term goals is to contribute to a better understanding of habit formation, motivation, and personal growth.

We may analyze anonymized or aggregated user data for:

  • Internal research

  • Product improvement

  • Academic research collaborations

  • Scientific publications

  • Statistical reporting

Whenever reasonably possible, research will use information that has been de-identified so individual users cannot reasonably be identified.

We will never publish information that identifies individual users without their explicit consent.

We do not allow advertisers to access your habit history.

When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, subject to reasonable backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legally required retention periods.

Information that has previously been aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you may be retained.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Deleting your Celly account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the applicable app store.

Minors

Celly is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service without parental consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

International Users

If you use Celly outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If material changes are made, we will notify users through the app or by other appropriate means.
