At Celebration Labs LLC ("Celly", "We", "Us", "Our"), we believe your habits tell the story of your life. We built Celly to help you become the person you want to be not to profit from your personal information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy, being transparent about how your information is used, and giving you meaningful control over your data.

Our guiding principles are simple:

  • Your personal information belongs to you.

  • We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

  • We collect only the information needed to operate and improve Celly.

  • When possible, research is performed using anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify individual users.

Artificial Intelligence Features:

When you use these features, information relevant to your request may be processed by Celly’s artificial intelligence service providers. This may include habit information, completion history, goals, identity statements, reflections, or information you choose to provide through an AI-powered feature.

Celly seeks to limit the information shared with artificial intelligence providers to what is reasonably necessary to provide the feature. We do not intentionally provide your password or payment information to artificial intelligence providers.

AI-generated responses are provided for informational and personal-development purposes and should not be considered medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

Research:

One of Celly’s long-term goals is to contribute to a better understanding of habit formation, motivation, and personal growth.

We may analyze anonymized or aggregated user data for:

  • Internal research

  • Product improvement

  • Academic research collaborations

  • Scientific publications

  • Statistical reporting

Any research will use information that has been de-identified or aggregated meaning individual users cannot be reasonably identified.

We will never publish information that identifies individual users without their explicit consent.

What We Do Not Do:

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

We do not allow advertisers to access your habit history.

We do not share your personal information for another company’s marketing purposes.

Sharing Information:

We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate, secure, improve, and distribute Celly. We may share information as necessary with our service providers, including:

  • Cloud hosting and database providers

  • Authentication providers

  • Payment and subscription management providers

  • Email delivery providers

  • Artificial intelligence providers

  • Analytics and diagnostics providers

  • Customer support providers

These providers may access information only as needed to provide services on our behalf and in accordance with their applicable agreements and privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information to these providers, and we do not authorize them to use Celly user data for advertising on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of Celly, Celebration Labs LLC, our users, or others.

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your Choices:

You may:

  • Access your information

  • Update your profile

  • Change your habits

  • Delete individual habits

  • Export your information when available

  • Delete your account

When you delete your account, we will delete your account and the user data associated with your account, subject to reasonable backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legally required retention periods.

Information that has previously been aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you may be retained.

Subscriptions:

Subscription purchases are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Deleting your Celly account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the applicable app store.

Minors:

Celly is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service without parental consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

International Users:

If you use Celly outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to This Policy:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If material changes are made, we will notify users through the app or by other appropriate means.
