Delete Your Celly Account

You can delete your Celly account directly in the Celly app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, enter the email address associated with your Celly account below. We may contact you to verify account ownership before completing your request.

We will process verified account deletion requests within 30 days

When your account is deleted, Celly will delete your account and the user data associated with it, subject to reasonable backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legally required retention periods. Previously aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably be associated with you may be retained.
